Our practice in Beckenham has been established since 1973 and we are a committed team dedicated to providing high quality dental care to our patients in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
We realise that to many patients continuity is an important consideration. The last thing they want is a different dentist at every visit. We have an incredibly loyal and motivated team, which between them have almost 200 years of service to the practice.
The practice ethos has always been to promote dental health by prevention, whilst repairing the results of time and decay to the highest standard.
Combined there is a huge range of experience and expertise to call upon, so if you have a specific need there will be someone within the practice to fulfil it.
We are open seven days a week and have emergency slots available daily. This is to ensure patients never have to wait too long, especially in an emergency. Please contact reception first thing in the morning so we can accommodate you.

Facial Aesthetics
If you would like to reduce lines and wrinkles on your face and other specified areas of the body, we have rejuvenation techniques to relax wrinkles, making them look softer and appear less visible. The advantage of having it done in this environment; is that it is carried out by an experienced clinician who has extensive knowledge of the facial anatomy.
A history of Beckenham Dental Centre
The practice was started before the last war by two fine Beckenham Gentlemen -Bob Wheatley and Gordon Lyle. As dentists, they set up their practice in Southend Road where patients would be greeted at the door by a butler who escorted them to the surgery. The equipment was foot pedal drills and the practice still has their original saddle stool which looks as if should be in a museum- the British Dental Association is keen to have it as an item of historic interest.
